Ardingly Lake

When we came to this site, the breathtaking lake had been left for many years to grow and fill in. As a result it had become overgrown and full of silt which was causing unsightly shallows and masses of reeds.

Over time, organic matter and the flow of water will fill any size lake or pond with more and more silt.

As you can see, we cleared this lake back, removed the silt and left the beautiful lake ready to be enjoyed for many more years to come.
